Born and grown-up during the war and hardship period in Vietnam, Le Thanh Hai has
inherited hard-working, willing-to-learn and a strong-willed personality. That was the
only way to survive and thrive from all that happened.

Six years living, studying and working in Czech Republic and 10-year working experience for MNCs, such as
Mitsui & Co. Ltd. and Hewlett-Packard, as well as management in local Vietnam companies such as Chairman
of Eternal Sunshine Trading Company.
Mr Hai has always believed that Vietnamese people should deserve a better life, if they are given better
education, working environment and having bigger dreams. He also has strong belief that one person might not
be able to change the environment and conditions around him but he can create one to make his dreams come
true. With those beliefs, Mr Hai is seeking his own success and fulfillment by helping others to succeed.
Mr Hai holds a degree from the Hanoi Foreign Trade University and an MBA from National Economics University
of Vietnam.
