We have seen several companies only considering the licensing and product registration aspect just
before they decide to officially enter the market. This happens when they see significant pre-launch
revenue to give them the reason to enter the market.

In many markets in Asia, getting the appropriate licenses and product registration is not straight
forward and it may be a lengthy process. Companies that are not prepared then get into trouble and
during the time when they are applying for the license and registration, their distributors loose
confidence in the company and the healthy pre-launch revenue fades away before the official launch.

By going direct to the issuer of the license, it is not an expensive process. Therefore, this is something
