Proposal
ADS Consulting will work with the client on a retainer basis to build up
the CRM tools. The client can then independently plan suitable
programmes using the tools.
At the preliminary stages, investment is minimal, as work will be done
mainly on a manual basis. Only when results are proven and achieved,
will the client be advised to move towards running programmes on a
larger scale and automating the process.
ADS Consulting can work with the client's IT department to develop the
automation tools or work with a vendor selected by the client. ADS
Consulting can also do turn-key projects.
