Home concept in their business. The following are some examples of
the services provided:
• Development of compensation plan and ensure compliance to
legal requirements, profitability of company and distributors
• Developing of system to maintain distributor records, compute
bonus payout, allow for distributor to check status, line of sponsorship
• Develop training programme for distributors; how to start, do and
build a successful business
• Development of distributor support; marketing, sales kit, motivation
materials
• Development of customer relationship management (CRM) for @
Home business; personalised communication and marketing
• Develop loyalty and retention programme for distributors and their
customers
Proposal
ADS Consulting will work with the client on a retainer basis to build up
the @ Home business. The project can be done on a turnkey basis or
ADS Consulting can work with the client's existing staff to develop and
